hello, my name is Jerica.
backstory
"Life is better when we don't try to do everything. Learn to enjoy the slice of life you experience, and life turns out to be wonderful.” - Leo Babuta
I first studied medicine because I wanted to understand how people heal. But along the way, I realized healing isn't just about the body — it's also about feeling seen, understood, and connected. That realization changed everything for me.
It led me to design, where I now create experiences that bring care and clarity into people's everyday lives.

my guiding principles
I have always been curious about what helps people grow and feel connected. These principles remind me to design with empathy, live with intention, and keep learning along the way.
empathy
I always try to see things from the user point of view and design in a way that makes them feel understood and supported.
curiosity
Being curious helps me learn, stay playful and find better ways to solve problems.
clarity
Good design feels simple and clear, helping people feel confident.
discipline
I believe in quiet consistency. Small, structured steps each day lead to real progress.
growth
I treat every project as a step toward growth and improvement.
impact
My goal is to design with purpose and make a positive difference in people's lives.
blogs
I like sharing what I'm learning along the way — from design ideas and personal reflections to lessons from building projects. Writing helps me slow down, connect the dots, and stay curious about the world around me.
